These terms govern your business relationship with Betegift for B2B wholesale sourcing and manufacturing services.

1. Agreement Acceptance

By engaging with Betegift's services, submitting purchase orders, or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your business entity and Betegift (Ningbo, China).

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Business Relationship & Eligibility

B2B Wholesale Only

Our services are exclusively for business-to-business transactions. Individual consumers are not eligible for our wholesale pricing and services.

To engage our services, you must:

  • Represent a legitimate business entity with valid business registration
  • Have authority to enter into binding commercial agreements
  • Provide accurate business and contact information
  • Meet our minimum order quantity requirements

3. Services Provided

Betegift provides comprehensive B2B sourcing solutions including but not limited to:

Product Services

  • • Product design and optimization
  • • Manufacturing and assembly
  • • Custom packaging solutions
  • • Monthly product recommendations

Quality & Logistics

  • • 3-Stage Quality Control
  • • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service
  • • Low MOQ for trial orders
  • • Global shipping coordination

4. Order Process & Payment Terms

Order Placement

All orders must be confirmed in writing with detailed specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements. Verbal agreements are not binding until documented in our order confirmation system.

Payment Structure

Standard Terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Custom payment terms available for established clients with credit approval.

Pricing & MOQ

Pricing is subject to material costs, order quantities, and customization requirements. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) vary by product category but can be reduced for trial orders at adjusted pricing.

5. Quality Assurance & Liability

Quality Standards

We implement a comprehensive 3-Stage Quality Control process covering material inspection, production monitoring, and pre-shipment verification. Our target defect rate is less than 1%.

Warranty & Returns

  • Manufacturing defects: Full replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Quality disputes must be reported within 7 days with photographic evidence
  • Custom products are non-returnable unless manufacturing defects are proven
  • Return shipping costs for defective products are covered by Betegift

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption beyond direct product replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Design Rights

Custom designs created collaboratively remain the intellectual property of the commissioning client. Betegift retains rights to manufacturing processes and techniques developed during production.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client product specifications, pricing, and business information. This confidentiality extends to our manufacturing partners and supply chain.

Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree not to disclose confidential business information to third parties without written consent.

7. Shipping & Risk Transfer

Delivery Terms

We offer flexible shipping terms including FOB, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services. DDP terms include all duties, taxes, and delivery to your specified location.

Risk Transfer

  • FOB Terms: Risk transfers upon loading at Ningbo port
  • DDP Terms: Risk transfers upon delivery to your facility
  • Insurance: Available upon request for all shipment terms

8. Force Majeure & Business Continuity

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

Business Continuity Commitment

Betegift is committed to continuous operation until 2064. We maintain contingency plans and backup suppliers to minimize disruptions to your supply chain.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Ningbo, China, or through mutually agreed mediation.

Dispute Resolution Process

  1. Direct negotiation between business representatives
  2. Mediation through recognized commercial mediation service
  3. Binding arbitration if mediation fails
